Internet marketing and website design company Full Media just marked its six-year anniversary, and leaders have reaffirmed their values and rebranded their business.

“The first couple of years as a startup, you’re trying to keep your doors open and figure out what you’re good at,” CEO Kris Nordholz said. “Over the last couple of years, we noticed a shift was happening in the company—a transition from a startup to more of a stable company.”

The company has three offices: Chattanooga; Greenville, South Carolina; and Gainesville, Georgia. And they will soon add another one in Atlanta.

Company officials also recently added the 35th team member. There are now nine Chattanooga employees, four in Greenville and 22 in Gainesville. When the Atlanta office opens, some employees will move from Gainesville to Atlanta.

The company also has a new logo, new website and new messaging. And through the rebranding process, leaders have confirmed their mission and target customer market.

Nordholz said that Full Media is targeting small and medium-sized businesses.

“We are trying to bring a level of service, quality, expertise, experience and results in the services we provide to a market that didn’t traditionally have access to it,” he said.

In the Internet marketing and website design business, small companies can get good deals from freelancers. And larger companies typically work with big agencies, Nordholz said.

Full Media wants to work with businesses that are in between those two extremes. Nordholz that the company’s staff has a wide range of expertise for a more reasonable price than might come from bigger agencies.

The typical Full Media client probably makes between $2 and $15 million in revenue, he also said.

Maggie Hodges, Full Media Internet marketing analyst, said that Hamilton County has many resources that support small and midsized businesses, from events such as the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Awards to the presence of business incubators such as The Company Lab.

“Full Media supports this mission,” she said. “That is why we chose this market. We want to be local so we can serve local and develop ongoing relationships with clients.”

And Hodges often gets the question, “How are you different than any other company out there that claims to do what you do?”

Customers are often concerned that they aren’t going to get desired results or they aren’t going to have the needed connection and communication from a marketing and website design team.

Her response is, “It’s our team.”

The team aims to bring “measurable and qualifiable results” while also creating relationships with clients, she said.

Nordholz said he’s excited about the possibilities for Chattanooga.

“We take a lot of pride in being easy to work with and willing to go the extra mile,” he said.
