1. An intuitive leader isn’t afraid to make a decision. They won’t rush into one, though. They take their time and allow their unconscious mind to consider the options before they finally listen to their answer.
2. When it comes to adhering to internal moral standards, intuitive leaders are ethical, responsible, and incredibly strict.

So how can you develop your intuition power to be a better leader? Read on.
1. Meditate to clear your mind
Meditation is beneficial for almost everything in life. It also enhances your intuition power. It helps clear your mind’s clutter and can assist you in feeling your heart’s signals. Meditating daily can take you far on your objectives.
2. Learn to trust yourself.
Trusting yourself will help you to trust your intuition. It is the primary requirement for making informed decisions, solving problems more efficiently, conducting productive projects, and achieving your goals more efficiently and effectively. Alternatively, inner voices of self-distrust or blame or judgment can freeze your intuition.
3. Identify your feelings

6. Act on the answers immediately.
You open the door between your subconscious and conscious mind much wider as you act on the answers or messages you get from your inner source of insight, and you will get more intuitive signals that are deeper and easier for you to understand and act upon instantly.
However, you have the option to start over at any stage and pay more attention to your voice inside. Then, you are required to strengthen your intuition, rely on it to direct you more frequently, and improve your leadership skills.
