New Software From Human Automation Tracks Digital Footprint

SaaS provider Human Automation has launched the beta version of Personalize, software that uses an AI-driven algorithm to monitor a consumer’s website behavior and interests.


This data can be used to fuel personalized email campaigns.


The product can analyze metrics such as time spent on a page, visit frequency and recency. In addition, it can rank the main interests of each website visitor and database contact based on their digital footprint, the company says.


Personalize can be integrated with HubSpot, Zapier, MailChimp and other CRM and email platforms, it adds.  


The company developed Personalize for agency clients that had “a real gap in their database marketing strategies,” states Joel Brda, co-founder of Human Automation.


The pricing begins at $49/month for Personalize Light.
