The Best Methodology For Starting Business Owners

Welcome back

October 9, 2015

In business, your focal points or methods of pursuing business are very important. As a business owner, it can be difficult to find the right system of methods to follow. Although, recently I’ve stumbled across the best methodology for business owners starting or branding a business. The best methodology for starting business owners consists of four key-words; “story, creative, channel, and optimize.” (Founded by Adam Fridman, Mabbly Founder) After talking with him, he believes it’s the next step for a successful business.

First, your “story” explains who you are and your ultimate mission for your business. When starting out, it seems to take quite some time to figure out your “why.”  Your “why” can sometimes describe who you are as a person. You may not have an inspiring startup story, but your “why” could sit well with your next client. It’s important to not be afraid to tell your story in business, and it should be your first step in creating a successful brand.

Next, your “creative” ideas are what separates you in your field of business. What makes your content stick out over your competition? It’s key to find your edge to help you extend your business’s potential. After hours and hours of content creation, you’ll slowly figure out what separates you from the pack.

This could be one of the most important steps of them all. It’s very important for business owners to “channel” their content in the right places. You can have a story and creative content, but might not have the overall influence you deserve. To get more eyes on your business, it’s very important to share your content. In 2015, social media is continuing to excel business owner’s branding. It’s a perfect way to get your product or content seen globally. It’s important to research the newly trending applications like Snapchat or Periscope. If your content is seen at the right time, social media can turn your brand into an overnight success. In most cases, it’s free to create a social media account and promote your business. Take advantage of resources that can get your product or content exposed.

After channeling your content in the necessary places, it’s important to efficiently “optimize” your business. To optimize your business, you need to improve your business’s strategy and analyze it fully. It’s key to figure out your strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. Find out what needs to be improved and worked on in the future.

When you want to take your business to the next level, focus on your “why” and overall story. Sit down and figure out why you do what you do. The methodology consisting of the four keywords “story, creative, channel, and optimize” is the perfect way to develop your business’s foundation.  Don’t forget, there’s many digital agencies that can help you along the way. For now, take the month of October to figure out the first two: “story and creative.” Make sure to take your time and truly reflect on the ideas and goals of your business.
