The week’s AI news started with a bang as both HubSpot and Salesforce rolled out new implementations. They were followed by Amazon adding AI to its Thursday NFL games to display data at critical points during the game. Not strictly martech, but interesting. Here are other new AI-powered martech features from the past seven days:
- Mailchimp’s Intuit Assist helps users generate content, personalize marketing, and learn faster. It can generate content for your email campaign, social media posts and website pages, suggest changes to email text, image and layout; and translate content into several languages.
- Typeface has partnered with GrowthLoop and Google Cloud to create an integrated solution that uses generative AI to help marketers create personalized content across multiple channels. The solution includes:
- Unified customer data access in BigQuery: This allows marketers to build a holistic view of their customers by tapping into data from ads, sales, products, and other sources.
- Intuitive audience definition with natural language understanding: This makes it easy for marketers to define audience segments based on their interests, behaviors, and demographics.
- Tailored cross-channel content creation: This allows marketers to create personalized content for each audience segment, which can be distributed across multiple channels.
- Effective orchestration and performance measurement: This helps marketers track the performance of their campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
- Unified customer data access in BigQuery: This allows marketers to build a holistic view of their customers by tapping into data from ads, sales, products, and other sources.
- Cordial’s Cordial AI provides marketers with generative, predictive and prescriptive artificial intelligence capabilities. The generative feature creates subject lines, and customizes content tone and length. The predictive feature identifies preferred channels, predicts buying habits and recommends products. The prescriptive feature can provide next-best actions for customers, highlight missed opportunities in campaign strategies and suggest messaging experiments.
- Outboundly is a Chrome extension that simplifies cold outreach by leveraging AI to generate personalized prospecting messages. It analyzes the prospect’s website and LinkedIn profile and uses this information to generate a personalized email message tailored to the prospect’s interests and needs. Outboundly can also be used to find contact information for prospects, such as their email address and phone number.
